I create technical documents such as user and admin guides for the software that a US-based company makes. I have realised that Christ-like values are best motivator to assuring good quality in my work. I try to put in enough hours of work during this work-from-home period even when no strict timelines prevail. The challenges I have faced is that due to my efforts, people warn new joinees that I will try to convert them and they are on their guard. But I keep praying for their needs and try to witness to them/lend emotional support whenever they require. Another challenge is to keep my character impeccable (working on myself) so that God is glorified.
