I am currently working as an Assistant Professor in Psychology at Mother College, Thrissur, Kerala. Mother College is a muslim run college and hence there are very few believers. There are certain events that are organized by the student and faculty communities like pride march and other non-Christian events which I cannot support or participate in. It is difficult to separate myself and take a stand for Christ as I am a faculty member at the college and the administrative body expects me to support these events.

Students at the college also exhibit immoral behaviors and I do face challenges when I take a strict against such things as a believer.
