I'm working as an interior designer in a startup firm. My work is to get in touch with customers to design their residences based on their requirements, functionality, and budget. I am the direct point of contact throughout the project. My work also included site visits and store visits based on the requirements. I currently work for 6 days (Monday to Saturday) timing being 9:30 am to 6:30 pm. At times if there is a need I tend to work on Sunday as well. (Would attend church and then go to the office).

Challenges that I'm facing:
1. Site visits get a little tiring.
2. Customers tend to call or message me off time which at times is unavoidable.
3. As I work on live projects there's always a fear of making mistakes which could cause a huge loss.
4. Don't get much time for myself when work is too hectic.

Though this is my current job. I am open to changing the job for more flexibility in time and work.
